Wolfpack wears out Post Falls

Jaxen Hashley scored 21 points and hauled in 17 rebounds in Glacier’s 45-40 nonconference boys basketball victory against visiting Post Falls (Idaho) on Saturday.

The Wolfpack (5-1) shut down Post Falls (7-2), outscoring the Trojans 14-5 in the second quarter, maintaining that narrow lead throughout a close second half.

“I thought our (defense) was great tonight,” Glacier coach Mark Harkins said.

“We found their shooters and were able to get out and challenge them.”

Jake Pfenning led Post Falls with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
