BOZEMAN — Ty Olsen scored 17 points, including a couple buckets in the pivotal fourth quarter, and the Glacier Wolfpack rallied to beat Gallatin 53-49 in non-conference boys basketball
Friday. Cohen Kastelitz and Tyler McDonald added 10 points each for the Pack (3-0), which trailed 37-35 going into the final quarter. Adam Nikunen scored all seven of his points in the final eight minutes — including a 3-pointer to open the frame that gave Glacier the lead for good.
OIsen’s night included guarding high-scoring Raptors guard Eli Hunter, who had 21 points — 10 in the first quarter, when Gallatin ran to leads of 11-0 and 18-10.
“Ty had a good, good game, both offensively and defensively,” Glacier coach Mark Harkins said. “Offensively, he got to the rim and was amazing.
“Cohen Kastelitz and Noah Dowler were amazing on the boards tonight. The difference tonight I thought was our rebounding.”
