Glacier sophs improve to 13-1 in boys basketball

The Glacier High School sophomore boys basketball team added three more victories early this month to improve to 13-1 on the season.

The Wolfpack beat the Bigfork JV 45-41 on Feb. 1 at Glacier. That game was tied 21-all at the half.

Nick Whitman had 11 points for Glacier and Cole Crosby eight, including the game winner off of a stolen pass as time expired.

On Feb. 5 at Helena Capital, Glacier posted a 56-46 victory. The Wolfpack outscored the Bruins 19-7 in the third period for a 41-27 lead.

Whitman was high scorer again with 18 points. Lance Dannic had 15.

On Feb. 6 at Helena High, Glacier beat the Bengals 53-43. The Wolfpack led 29-13 at the half.

Whitman had 18 points again. Tucker Salmonson added 13
